$3,000.00

These services include but, are not limited to 20 hours (at $150.00 per hour) of the following:

-Space Planning

-Design Concept Development

-Material Selection

-Furniture and Decor Sourcing

-Project Management (if applicable)

*In the event the client cancels the working agreement before $3000. worth of service is reached, the retainer fee will not be returned
